Overview
At Christ Lutheran Church, worship is about magnifying God
in everything we do. Our services are designed to glorify God
in a variety of ways.
8 a.m. Traditional – this service follows a traditional structure
with creative alternatives to the sung and spoken words of the
liturgy. Organ, choir, and instruments lead the congregation in
traditional hymnody, and the worship leaders wear traditional
garments.
10:30 a.m. Contemporary – this
informal service in the gymnasium
is led by our Praise Band; it features
contemporary songs and the
occasional hymn sung in popular styles.
Dress is casual and multi-media is used.
11:00 a.m. Classic Hymns – Classic
hymns are led from the piano, and
historical background is given for the
opening hymn and the hymn before the message.
