The Lift Project Bible study series is an evidenced-based well-being program that uniquely brings together scientifically proven strategies from research in the fields of neuroscience, lifestyle medicine and positive psychology with Biblical wisdom.

Jenn Nemeth, RN and member of Christ Lutheran Church, will be leading this exciting 10-week series with the added bonus of snacks (because who doesn’t love food?). This is a great Bible study series for high schoolers through senior citizens. Come dig into God’s word, learn, laugh, and grow healthier mentally, physically, and spiritually!

The program starts Sunday, September 10, at 9:15 am on campus in the Youth Center Room 1 for 10 weeks (ending on November 12th).
