This group made up of 5 Christ-like servant leaders, is responsible for (1) conducting an annual review of the Senior Pastor, (2) providing counsel and support to the Senior Pastor and staff, (3) providing input into and monitoring significant decisions, (4) reviewing the budget and finances monthly, and (5) engaging in other special projects as needed.
